How much will it cost to fix my computer?
There is no simple answer to this question, but we will always give you an idea of cost on inspecting your computer.
How long will it take to fix my computer?
As above this is not always possible to put an exact time on all repairs, but we will always try and give you an idea on inspecting the computer.
Will you be able to fix my computer at my home?
We will always try and fix your computer at home or in the workplace but occasionally it may be required to bring the computer away to be worked on and inspected further, but in this case we will always return and setup the computer as required.
Will you backup data before reinstalling or upgrading my operating system?
If requested we will always do our best to backup any data on your computer prior to any work being undertaken, this will be put back on after the work is completed.
What will you do when delivering back my computer?
On delivering back your computer, we will reconnect it back up, reconnect to the internet and networks, reinstall printers, so you can continue as before.
Should I upgrade or replace my computer?
There is never an easy answer to this question but we will advise you at every step what of these options you have, and give you prices for these, allowing you to make the best informed decision.
How can I make my computer faster?
There are many ways that a computer can be made faster, including removing temporary files and cookies, efficently storing data, removing virus and malware, upgrading software or operating system
It is sometimes advisable to upgrade hardware such as memory, processors or hard drive in order to speed up the machine.
Is it possible to upgrade my laptop or computer?
In some cases it is possible to upgrade, there is often limits to how far this is possible but we will always advise what upgrades are possible.
Can you remove viruses from my computer?
We will do our best to remove as many viruses, spyware and malware from your system, often making machines run faster and more efficently.
Can I connect all my computers together and share documents?
Networking computers together is a service getting more and more common, no need for a server or expensive software, we can set up a network allowing you to share documents and printers.
Can I get wi-fi in my study and garden?
This should not be a problem, we are experienced in both home and business wireless systems, and usually a router, and in some cases some additional equipment, we should be able to get wireless anywhere in your home.
Are you able to build custom computers?
All our new computers are custom made to the exact requirements and specifications of the customer, so whether you are looking for a computer for internet browsing and school homework, or a specialist system for gaming, video editing or stock trading we can but together a system to suit your needs.
What warranty do you offer on new parts?
We offer 12 month warranty on new computer, new laptops and all new hardware.
